The year 2020, a year that we will probably never forget.
A year full of limitations and isolation. And of course that also had an impact on the 2020/21 ski season. Due to the travel restrictions, quarantine regulations and closed hotels, it was not possible for foreign guests to come to us on a skiing holiday in Austria. This of course also made the usually busy and eventful season a very arduous season for our ski instructors. Nevertheless, we were able to welcome some Austrian guests who mostly made a day trip. The possibility of renting skis from us and booking private lessons existed throughout the season.
And so again this season some of our guests were able to learn to ski or improve their skiing technique on almost deserted slopes. All in all, it was a season like it has never been before and we hope that it will be the only one that goes like this.
We are definitely more than ready for winter 2021/22 and look forward to welcoming our guests from all over Europe. With the new Panorama Link that connects Wagrain with Kleinarl and the new Flying Mozart gondola, which will be ready in autumn 2021, there will be innovations in the ski area. Our motivated ski instructors are looking forward to showing you these innovations in one of their private or group courses.
So now it's time to enjoy the summer for a few more months and then off to Snow Space Salzburg.
